Sound Bite of student in parking lot
Start with NAT sound of cars parking and driving with b roll in and out of Kress parking lot.
"There are 10,300 students enrolled at UWGB and currently 45 hundred parking stalls in 12 lots on campus. But recent construction projects have closed 500 stalls dedicated to student residents causing overflow into other lots. (show chart on screen): 80% are commuters and according to UWGB recent statistics approximately 2,000 students live on campus."
Sound bite/shot from the interview with Gail Sim-Aubert talking about how it is not the lots that are a problem but the location and how it is justified to create better student dorms right now.
