Who We Are
The Outside In is a podcast produced and written by Jess Pegram and Charlotte Steckart. We are a podcast that wants to pop your bubbles: that comfort zone you’re sitting in? We want every episode of ours to get you out of that bubble and exposed to the world around you. We’re dedicated to sharing human experiences – letting the world know about mindsets and perspectives they might not have been exposed to before, or that they can relate to very well. We have something for everyone who is willing to open their minds.
Jess Pegram
An18-year-old South African. One of my biggest passions is writing, more specifically storytelling. I love finding ways to convey information about topics I’m passionate about - this makes podcasting perfect for me. I love the Outside In because it enables me to dive deeply into others’ perspectives (as well as my own) and find messages within them for a wider audience.

Charlotte Steckart
I’m 17 years old and am for the USA specifically the state of Wisconsin. I have always been interested in capturing peoples narratives, whether that is through the lens of my camera or through the audio of a podcast. Jess and I thought of doing The Outside In as a project because we wanted to share stories with the world that could open peoples perspectives to topics they may be unaware of.
